Thirteen Commissions from the Mission and Modern Conduct of Schools (MCS) came together for the annual assembly hosted by the Central House Administration. This took place on 14 August 2026 at the Horacio Cebrero Hall.
The day-long activity paved the way for the sharing of updates from the various Commission Chairpersons, highlights of which were the accomplishments based on the three-year plan. Further synergies transpired when the different Commissions joined the Project MILES (Ministry Innovations in Lasallian Education) workstream leads and members who accounted for their plans and agreed on ways to streamline the work for greater impact. The breakout sessions were managed according to the following, namely; Basic Education, Tertiary and Continuing Education, Formation and Culture Building, and Shared Services.
The Convenors of Project MILES, Br. Jose Mari L. Jimenez FSC – DLSBI President and LEAD Visitor, Br. Edmundo L. Fernandez FSC – DLSP Superintendent, and Mr. Edgar O. Chua AFSC – DLSP President, also graced the occasion. A presentation on the directions of DLSP was done by Br. Jimenez FSC, which later on, opened the floor for clarificatory remarks and queries from among the attendees.
