De La Salle Andres Soriano Memorial College (DLSASMC) is in a 6.9-hectare campus located in Lutopan, Toledo City, Cebu. It offers basic, secondary and tertiary education. Named after Andres Soriano, a prominent Filipino businessman, the school traces its roots to Andres Soriano Memorial School (ASMS), a La Salle-supervised school made possible upon the request of the Soriano family on behalf of the Atlas Consolidated Mining Company. It was accepted as a District affiliate school in 1995 and was then adopted by La Salle Green Hills in 2005 as an outreach school. The District Council of the De La Salle Brothers formally accepted DLSASMC as a District School in 2006.

After 42 years of existence, the school that started during the heydays of Atlas Mining now looks forward to its Golden Anniversary in 2015.
